OK maybe not the end of the World... but you never know

The LHC is ready to collide particles this morning. CERN has started the live webcast and you can watch the LHC control room and be there first hand when it blows up - just kidding.

The LHC (Large Hadron Collider) is set to generate collisions at 7 TeV (3.5 TeV per beam). It is not known yet when the first collision will happen.

Currently CERN expects the first collisions in a couple of hours.

It was written in 1999 and had ours as an example of what NOT to do. Instead of 3 branches of government there are 5. One of them is the people, with a method to redress grievances and eliminate poorly devised statutes, something our government would NEVER allow, for good reason, it would allow the people a voice.

Read the Venezuelan Constitution.
