Watched this again. All I see is low IQ and mental illness. The cops stayed real cool. Good for them. This guy acted like a punk teenager that has no comprehension whatsoever of LAW lmao. What a joke.

Inalienable rights lmao. You people quack me up. So it's ok to violate the officers rights according to your imaginary system of rule??

Comment by Cryptocurrency on August 8, 2013 at 7:22pm

Haha I love it when people tell me about myself. Tell me more about what I know. Please. I'll wait...

This dude is a quack that is emotionally deficient. The cops acted calmly and rationale. You mean to tell me this jackass KNEW this cop personally, and targeted him specifically due to prior abuses!?

Prove it.

Kryptographic, you don't know what you're talking about.   You think this is idiotic?  You think this is "acting emotionally unstable?"   You don't understand inalienable rights.   This man was heroic and brave, which unfortunately is very rare today.   The cops ARE cowards and bullies.   They even admitted that they put officer safety above the rights of the people.

You said:"Here's a thought... imagine you're not a cop, and someone is following YOU around town. Changes your perspective a bit doesn't it?"

No. Not at all.  The REASON that he was following them is because the cops are known for frequent harassment, intimidation, and brutality against the people.

You have no idea what rights are, or where they come from.

His stated intentions are irrelevant. You could state your intentions to me that you just want to babysit my children for money then you molest them while I'm gone. You could tell me, I'll house sit for you with the stated intention of earning some money. Then you rob me blind.

This individual that was apprehended was irate, demonstrated himself to be emotionally unstable and he shouldn't be following police around for any reason and expect not to be questioned. If you antagonize the police, and follow them around, they are going to arrest you, and throw you in jail. Especially if you yell and shout like a savage in public. It's called "disorderly conduct."

If you do everything this dumb ass did in this video, you will not be protected by local, state, or constitutional law.

NOW, conversely, if you see a cop violating his oath to uphold the law, and you see an abuse of power, then by all means, break out with your commando cam and have at it. Getting stopped at a Nazi check point and want to give them shit? I'm all fckn for it. But this dude, in this video, is an emotional idiot and needs to stop harassing people.

There's a right way and a wrong way to expose police corruption and what this guy did was nothing but stupid. I'll tell you what. I'd like to see genius here go out to L.A, in say, the Oakland area, and try following those cops around. They just might have shot his ass. And they probably would have gotten away with it.

Actions like what this guy demonstrated only create a divide. They make the cops hate us, and they make protestors look like antagonistic little brats with absolutely no common sense whatsoever. If this dude took a couple moves out of Luke Rudowski's playbook, he'd be my hero. What I see here is a whole lot of balls but zero brains. Cut the crap and grow up.

"Now imagine if someone was following you around acting irate and stalking you. How would you react!?"

These two have encountered each other before as previously stated. I would never be subject to such a thing because I am not a public official, someone who you'd expect to be under scrutiny or under surveillance (of any kind, I don't care if it's a long stare - GPS tracking). So if I were in a position where someone was following me around and tapping me, there would be a reason behind it which the cop acknowledges when the driver mentions tapping them before. Now said person could have devious deeds behind his following of the officer but his intent was stated even prior to this encounter. So If I was having a guy follow me because of a specific encounter, I'd possibly be uneasy. Doesn't mean I or anyone else has the authority to come up and harass him on public property if he isn't committing a crime. Now consider that in this context. The officer didn't exactly feel threatened or else he's have waited for more officers to encounter him at the start, not after he confronts him. Now the officers already knows he wasn't a threat, why was this necessary?

Then logically, one would infer from my comments, that the initial 'incident' would bear the weight of subsequent interactions.

Or you could have considered the obvious, that perhaps the cop felt as if this person was stalking him which consequently gave him even more reason to investigate his bizarre and clearly unstable behavior. Regardless of the police officers moral disposition, it's common sense that if you antagonize the police they are going to respond to any form of bellicose.

Now imagine if someone was following you around acting irate and stalking you. How would you react!? Think, the next time you spout off with a smart ass reply.

"Many cops are out of control, yes. That does not give anyone the excuse to marginalize them and assume ALL cops are bad. If I was a cop, and someone was tailing me, I would suspect that to be a potential precursor to an assault on an officer. I would consider that person or persons, to be potentially armed and dangerous."

Or you could have payed attention when the cop stated that he's pulled the guy over a few times prior for similar situations. Lets not play dumb and pretend that the cop thought he was a threat, he didn't.

Keeping in mind that the government is preparing for social unrest, building FEMA camps and purchasing ammo, I have a feeling that the cops have been instructed to bully people. They may not realize it but what they do is perfectly consistent with the government plans. Isn't it obvious that they are pitting the police against the people.
