Action, in this case, means corruption and plundering of public funds to the tune over a billion (10^9) dollars. And the rest we don't know.

You are as right as rain , it's just 54 billion is a whole bunch more than 1 billion. We know for a fact these prix have borrowed/stolen more than TWENTY TRILLION $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ + usuary from them hooknosed money printers to spread among hooknosed money grabblers while telling us to eat fkn bugs on that we can agree.

Right, but this one billion dollar figure was established earlier to have been stashed away in Zelensky's private overseas bank account. For sure Zelenzky with his pals and the corrupt western leaders have stolen more in the recent months. Ukraine is the money laundering place number one today.
