Just guess in which cultural Marxist wonderland this happened. The poor rapist got a lot of understanding from the court and the most lenient possible punishment. He avoided expulsion to his homeland even though he does not have a double nationality or a permanent address in that land of cucks.
"DOMESTIC. The woman happened to fall asleep during the taxi ride and woke up by the driver raping her. Then he demanded payment for the trip. The 30-year-old Iraqi, who is also convicted of sexually assaulting two other women, is now escaping the lowest possible sentence - and avoiding deportation.
The raped woman told her that she and a friend had visited a restaurant in Uddevalla on 5 October 2019. At 02, she took a taxi home from the Kampenhof bus terminal.
The taxi driver immediately began to ask the woman if she had a boyfriend and explained that he could be her boyfriend. He also said she was good looking. As he lay in the left lane to turn onto the road she was directing, the woman fell asleep in the car.
When she woke up again, the taxi was parked outside her home. The taxi driver lay over her in the seat and raped her while he sucked on her chest. She pulled herself loose, gave the driver an ear file and told him to stop.
As she was getting out of the car, she saw that the driver was holding a pay box and he asked if she would not pay. She answered "hell either" and slammed the door again, the woman says. Immediately afterwards, a friend and her parents phoned and told the grandparents about the rape. She also contacted the police before going to the hospital for examination.
During the investigation, two other women reported that they had been sexually abused by the same taxi driver, during driving in Uddevalla on September 28 and October 26, 2019. One of the women recorded the conversation she had with the man, writes SVT Nyheter Väst.
The 30-year-old Iraqi, who is written in Trollhättan, has denied the charges but according to Uddevalla district court he is convinced. According to the court, the crime has been "carried out in a number of ways similar in several respects and appears to be both planned and repeated".
"Since [the driver] has committed the crimes in employment, he has abused both his employer and the customers' trust. The target owners, ie the customers, had legitimate expectations that the taxi trips would be safe," the judgment states.
However, the Uddevalla District Court chooses to award a so-called human penalty to the taxi driver. He is convicted of his denial of rape and two cases of sexual assault to two years in prison, which is the lowest possible penalty for rape. In practice, this means 16 months in prison because of Sweden's controversial system with automatic two-thirds release.
Despite the fact that the man, who is an Iraqi citizen, lacks Swedish citizenship and address in Sweden, Chamber Prosecutor Robert Beckard did not choose to expel him. Free Times has sought Beckard for a comment."
Judgement Day is coming, for the rapists and the officials that empower them.
