Parents Catch FBI In Plot To Force Mentally Ill Son To Be A Right Wing Terrorist

David Steele, a 20-year Marine Corps intelligence officer, the second-highest-ranking civilian in the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence, and former CIA clandestine services case officer, had this to say about these most unscrupulous operations:

A few years ago when a number of FBI orchestrated plots were revealed in the media, I read a report that attributed the FBI orchestrations to legislation passed by Congress that created a bonus appropriation for the FBI’s budget for foiling terrorist plots.  As real terrorist plots were few and far between, the FBI orchestrated plots in order to collect the money.
