'They' raise taxes on the rich and supposedly close some loopholes, and the rich corporations simply pass the cost onto the 99%ers.
The 99%er are thrown some tax deduction options, many of which most people won"t even be able to afford anyway - many of the options depend on you spending money to get a tax deduction - what good is a tax deduction if you can't afford to spend the money on 'their' programs, but need to by food for you family with the money, or pay the rent?
Global Warming/Climate Change is all about "Carbon Tax" and the next plan to transfer wealth away from the already impoverished (debt to equity ratio) 99%ers.
