The Nevada Senate Committee on Legislative Operations and Elections is scheduled to deliberate on a resolution to claim sovereignty under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

OATH KEEPERS: ORDERS WE WILL NOT OBEY

Click here to read full length version. 1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people. 2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people 3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal. 4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state. 5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty. 6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps. 7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext. 8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control." 9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies. 10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. The above list is not exhaustive but we do consider them to be clear tripwires – they form our “line in the sand,” and if we receive such orders, we will not obey them. Further, we will know that the time for another American Revolution is nigh. If you the people decide that you have no recourse, and such a revolution comes, at that time, not only will we NOT fire upon our fellow Americans who righteously resist such egregious violations of their God given rights, we will join them in fighting against those who dare attempt to enslave them.

that's great pit.. i said i have .9 cents... hehe  i support the oath keepers and there stand and promise to NEVER follow an unconstitutional order especially the one kill or disarm americans ..

Join up then, you get access to the forums. Cant get much better intel and help than from people who have trained for the worst conditions and scenarios available. Great people over there, I highly recommend it. I was out RTIing today and had a great conversation with a local police officer. Its a great door opener for starting conversations. Also dropped off info at the VFW and American Legion and had captive audiences at both places. Overall a great day of educating people.

Everyone should join Oath Keepers at only 40 a year it averages out to only just over 9 cents a day and the benefits far exceed that price. Great way to RTI (Reach Teach and Inspire) when out and about. Also you will have access to the national forum and get to discuss things with other like minded people with military and LE backgrounds.

I have been an associate member of Oath Keepers since 2009. Those who have not served are welcome and appreciated.

I just watched the video here about the Memorial Day 2011 service in Tucson, Arizona. Jose Guereno, who worked nights, was awakened by his wife who saw armed men run by a window. They both thought this was a home invasion, and acted accordingly. She hid in a closet with their young son. Jose prepared to defend his family. He never took his weapon off safety. He was killed in a hail of Swat gunfire. They found nothing illegal in his home.

This is a prime example of the federal militarization of our local police forces. This is the new way to serve a search warrant. Very dangerous for the homeowner!

The video shows bullet holes in stucco. These are exit holes at the back of the Guerenos' home. The bullets also reached neighboring homes.
