The police just love their teasers and they are just dieing to use them. They even use use them on each other and on new requites who wish to know what it feels like. Sometime its a requirement, even for girls who join the force. After that they feel there is "no big deal" as it did not hurt as much as they thought it would. If I were to be shot with a gun I might survive but a teaser, No way would I survive. I am surprised that so many do survive, but perhaps they have a stronger heart then mine.

Now for something more pleasent... 

This is a photo from Mars of one of its ..more thoughtful citizens.. but at least it is not holding a gun or a teaser like a highway patrolman on earth.

I don't know who's worse in this story, the police tazing the poor man or the dim-witted people calling in numerous reports of a man walking around with a supposed sword. To me, the idiots who couldn't figure out the man was blind and walking with a stick are just as culpable.

that is so funny, hmm..in a good way. i was going in my mind. how does a blind person walk, and the person looking doesnt know the person is blind, is he/she going like zoro or something, waving the cane in the air and making a large Z in frabric or something....what a bunch of jackasses, tara your so right. and the pig/police, there is no excuse, they should have known. hell zap the poor mofo then lets figure this shit out, better safe then sorry, that is just so much BULLSHIT!
