Pupil Hernandez, who refused to wear RFID, loses appeal

A Texan student who refused to wear a badge with a radio tag that tracked her movements has lost a federal court appeal against her school's ID policy.

The radio chips track attendance, which in turn helps secure school funding.

But Andrea Hernandez, 15, stopped wearing the badge on religious grounds, saying it was the "mark of the beast".

After John Jay High School suspended her, she went to court and won a temporary injunction to continue her studies at the school, without the tag.

The federal court ruling overturned that, saying if she was to stay at the school, she would be required to wear the badge. Otherwise, she would have to transfer to a new school.

home school did you really expect to get justice in the court system? it is inevitable that the mark of the beast be upon us. it is only them that call themselves christians that see not what is happening and do nothing, them that are blind and not even see there is a Lord God Almighty, and them that are the children of satan. This is not going away people, it is going to worse allot worse faster and faster and faster. Rise up fight it. there are many ways to fight satan and his kind without yet firing a shot. Do you not read about them and their battles everyday and think.

Once students submit to carrying ID, then on to all citizens must carry an RFID on their person at all times. NO ID, no one allowed to enter the grocery store, bank, buy gas, go anywhere in public without ID. And Cowards will submit. Are you a Coward America? Or will citizens finally see the light, and fire our elected officials we thought were there for us. Guns confiscated and how will you resist anything they demand. Do we stand up and fight, or just surrender, and pretend we have Freedoms. We must constantly defend our Rights, or we will lose everything. In 1797 our new government issued the Sedition Act, to make it a crime to bad mouth the new government. This was reenacted in 1918, and many went to jail for saying anything against our government and it's leaders. Stand up America, and demand our Rights. Cops are telling us there are limits to our Rights, so lay down and keep  your mouth shut, NOW or you are guilty of a the crime of resisting a cop. Even if you are innocent of any crime, it's immediately a crime to refuse any command from a cop. Do we need another Revolution to Restore America? Or will the people finally demand Rights. It's up to you, Google my name and find solutions before we lose the internet that has freed us to share date and defend America.
