The power of the federal government to forcibly apply medical care is most definitely NOT described in the Constitution. However, the right of the people to blow to kingdom come government employees and buildings is very much described, not only in the Constitution, but in many of the other writings of those who crafted the Constitution. If you are going to allow the government, perhaps the military, to inject you and your children  with chemicals that will permanently alter your DNA (a specialty of the favored company that is producing the vaccine), then you deserve whatever horror you get.
