One man masturbated on the bench. Another tried to grab a baby from a mother at a baptism. The Holy Trinity parish in Kristianstad has a high demand for security guards.

There are big problems with the order of the Church in Kristianstad. Interference of brazen people has affected the church staff and visitors more and more in the recent years.

These intruders have no limits. The church staff is greatly concerned, says Assembly Administration Bengt Alvland to a local newspaper, Kristianstadsbladet.

The list of disturbing incident is long, broken liquor bottles just to begin with.

It's about people who urinate and defecate inside and outside the church, people screaming and smashing liquor bottles during the ordinances of the church.

One time someone tried to take the child from the priest or the mother during a baptism.

Used, bloody needles have been found in the church and the organs must be kept locked so that the disturbing visitors don’t play with them. People have also sat and masturbated on the benches. They are pulling out their dicks.

One guy playing with his dick went on despite a female police officer asking him to stop, says Bengt Alvland to the newspaper.

They have have climbed on the organ facade and reredos, and the unwelcome visitors have been trying to steal the church silverware.

It has gone so far that the assembly has a guard at church services, christenings and marriages, who also search and lock the church in the end of the day.

Now, the congregation seek partnership with the security guards, who among other things recently found "New clientele" at the railway station in Kristianstad.

According to Bengt Alvland it is not the old homeless, who the staff knows, but a "new clientele", a destructive one.

They are men between 35-45 years, large part of them drug addicts, says Bengt Alvland to SVT News Skane.

According to priest Lena Bruce who holds worship services in the church, it is both the homeless and drug addicts who interfere, and their amount is growing.

And as the Town Hall and the railway station have more security guards these people are starting to use the church as a warming place instead. The church has become the weakest link, says Bengt Alvland to the newspaper.
