lol poor cheney has had it rough lately ;)

At the end of the costa rica vid they play clips of youtube vids of people claiming to have documented evidence of weird noises but they are all hoaxes. The sound effects you may recognize from the movies, War of The Worlds, Terminator etc.

But the beginning of the vid, those sounds are similar to what they recorded in Wisconsin and people complained about in UK, in the video I posted below.

not saying nothings wrong, just sounds manmade, especially in the Costa Rica one, its methodical, rhythmical, like something being rammed. Its Cheney I tell ye...lol

Strange, In Mexico we've had a series of rather strong earthquakes in the past three weeks but all of them were silent, while all this groaning seems to keep still.

@Barry, Thank You The Philippines, like Costa Rica are within the Pacific "Ring of Fire" , so it could be natural, though from the video it seems not to be trembling, weird!

Maria,I think that this is in the Philippines, language is TagLog. I have a friend and his wife down in that area now.  His wife is from that area so I've sent them a copy of the video to see if they can help me identify it.  I got the video from believersunderground.

This been happening since January of this year in many places around the world...last week the people of some town call Clintonvile in central United States where reporting very strong noises all over their town...and now this...I have no Idea of what may be ! but is very freaky, no doubt about it !
