I was not aware of that, but considering some of the disturbing cartoons that they have coming out of that country, this doesn't surprise me.
One the other hand, I wonder if it is as prevalent as it appears to be in the US and parts of Europe. I would imagine that the topic is probably even more of a taboo than it is in Western nations.
