Justice Dept. Accuses Albuquerque Police of Excessive Force

ALBUQUERQUE — At least 37 times in the last four years, police officers here have responded to threats with bullets, killing 23 people and wounding 14 others. On Thursday, the Justice Department weighed in with a scathing assessment, accusing the Albuquerque Police Department of a “pattern or practice of use of excessive force” that routinely violated people’s constitutional rights.

@ HonestLee Sooo....  Do You know these "demonstrators" personally?  And why was the tape released?  By whom?  Do We have a death certificate?  An autopsy report?  Or are We taking the media at Their word?  Given that They can fake Sandy Hook, Boston bombing, Aurora, LAX, Dorner, and all the other "events" and have them reported as "truth," without answers to these questions, I have to give highest probability to its being another Sandyhook.  Why would They do that?  To instill more fear in Us.  To inure Us to police killings.  To rile Us to revolt thereby justifying martial law.  Any of these reasons would suffice in Their twisted little minds.

So...  Where's the evidence of the "six live rounds?"  To the One who said something about a guy who was shot point blank and all that was seen on the forehead was a small drop of blood as it that is the same as a distance shot:  distance shots ALWAYS splatter blood and flesh and bone.  They pierce clothing.  They leave large holes.  And yet...  The jacket remains PRISTINE.  The head has NO BLOOD.  That splotch on the rock is brown and DRY.

So this "Person" concludes that this was a setup.  A hoax.  A Sandyhook.

I certainly don't think this is staged.... for what positive reason would this be staged? Even so,  this appears like some amateurs pretending to be big boys. If this was an one time incident, maybe. But, this happens too often to be an incidental offense

Authorities said James Boyd, 38, died after officers fired stun guns, bean bags and six live rounds.
