Cop or citizen a person will do what they think they can get away with, it will only get worse as the economy continues to deteriorate.

Side note, 

More and more cops are using Lidar now to clock your speed. But it does have faults it does not work during the rain and they have to be sitting still to use it.

What a revelation .. And I always thought I was being highway robbed every time I'm pulled over and given a ticket for doing 42 in a 35 or not having all my "papers" in order it just always feels like highway robbery they even have guns and scare the crap our of you with those flashy emergency lights .. I never know if I'm gonna get tazed or just let go after I am robbed at gunpoint of course .. With my permission and signature .. So .... This is news ? Well I'm being facetious of course ... The world gets more dangerous every day you don't know who to trust and its damned scary
