They have complete control of Chicago and Miami. Chicago had underground tunnels everywhere under chicago. they were deadly.

but of course, this place is run by Barry's party pal Rham, so ya, its mafia, & ya, its corrupt as all hell....SO, if thats the case, then what the frig does that say for the US???...Barry's a bigger criminal than Emanual will ever be, So I'd say USA is the most corrupt Country in the world right now. doubt here anybody debates this ;)
