@Less I agree.  The conclusion is that most blacks have at least a functioning level IQ for the third world but not for the first world.

Mr. Sizzle. Is there superior IQ behind it, who knows? I have my doubts about that. I'd say it's more like enthusiasm, energy and garbled expression used to intimidate and confuse the listener. It reminds me of the leftist debate style; name calling, profanity and chanting empty slogans. It's not about communication or discussion of ideas in a civilised calm manner. It is about steamrolling any opposition by a barrage of often unrelated ideas, wild body movement and exaggerated facial expressions half shouting.

And then there is Hollywood's version of this story.

I don't know the name of a movie I had seen over a decade ago. It took place in England. The English girl had to learn to take car of herself with the immigrant population taking over at her school. Her struggle was convincing with the adversity she had to endure. Great movie. Wish I could see it again.

I remember when I was 20, I took a public transport down to University of Cincinnati, so I could spend all of my Saturdays in their chem-bio library. One day, the only other riders were a family, man in a suit, wife and little girl, maybe 10. The little girl was dropped off at an all-black school. I suddenly understood why she had dark circles under her eyes, as she was immediately surrounded by black boys, one three times her size, who immediately began looking her up and down with a leer in his eye.

After everyone was off the bus except me, I said something along the lines of that it was strange that a man dressed as he was would be using public transport. The bus driver told me, in a confiding tone, that he was the head of security for the federal building in Cincinnati. The next time I got on the bus, he was still standing up, and I couldn't help but look at him in such a way that must have conveyed to him I knew what he was, and I wasn't pleased about it. He had an anticipatory look, then after a few seconds, we took our seats. But that was the last time I saw him on the transport. I wish I could've done something to help the girl.

Burbia - One time I suggested to Mike Rivero that he use that sound effect for certain news stories (failures of the left) and he said that he had originally created that sound file.

An example of an action not culturally appropriate. A parental lesson that demonstrates the outcome of what happens when you mix with others outside of your culture. - You kids Will get what They get, enjoy.
