re 12160 - Cease and Desist from Al Jazeera America

I am unable to reply through zendesk.

12160 info or snarfarker.ning.com does not stream content. Would ning share this fact with Al Jazeera America please?

This content is found freely online and is shared on our site.

They need to contact the streamer site, not us, about any DMCA issues.

12160 will continue to post and share what ever it wishes, this includes streams from  multiple external sources and  web sites, including justin tv.

 

Any issues you have, are not ours, we do not stream any content. 

 

Embedding is not a crime, nor is our use of external streams a DMCA violation 

 

I encourage our members to exercise this right and stand against your type of frivolous legal claims.
