Gray was illegally arrested and died in police custody. However, based on the evidence that I saw and heard, only the driver should be charged with a crime. Possibly involuntary manslaughter or negligent homicide but murder 2? How the fuck did they get that? That's ridiculous! How can anyone else be considered culpable? If he died from the rider then the driver is solely responsible. I can't see how anyone could hope to murder with malice from a car rife. There must be intent for murder 2. It's ludicrous! It's making a mockery of the entire process and what's more is the fools in Baltimore are buying this stupid act. Any 1st year law student can see that the Mayor and prosecutor are on a crusade to appease the mob. I expect there will be more riots at the end of this process.

Wow... really guys??? Why are you trying to turn this into a black vs. white, white vs, black issue? Are we not all getting screwed over by TPTB? And hasn't police brutality and the growing militarized police state affected us all? We are all getting fooked!

IMO, you are playing right into the hands of the great deceivers, the MSM. Once again, they are using this Freddie Grey case (which I believe is a psyop) to stir up racial tensions and further the divide between races. And the underlying agenda is an excuse to grow the expanding police state because well... we need them to keep the peace in our neighborhoods right?

I'm surprised anyone still listens or believes a damn thing the MSM is spewing these days. It's all propaganda and lies!!! Please try to see the bigger picture and quit hating one another because really, that is what TPTB want... more division.

If the information about Freddy Gray's spine operation is true AND he did try to injure himself on purpose in the van which is highly likely. The his severing his own spine is also even more likely. I had spine surgery where the VA fused L3 through L7. It takes 6 months for the bones to fuse.
Any accident like a car accident that gives hard whiplash will break the neck EASILY. 

ASSuming that Gray was "approached illegally". If we consider tha the van had to be stopped and Hray removed to add leg shackles,. well that ONLY HAPPENS when a person starts kicking the interior of the Van as the other occupant stated. SO Freddy Gray was ALREADY showing his ass. So he was manacled. What else could Freddie do after being shackled? Well standing up and slam dancing comes to mind. I have personally witnessed persons in the holding tank decide to run full force at the walls in order to claim police brutality. Of course I watched this on a video screen in another room while it was being recorded.
The idiot could not deny the video in court and that IS the reason they record idiots in holding cells. The idiot was also held financially responsible for all his medical costs and for all pother related costs.

Criminals are not known for their intelligence. Doing stupid things goes along with their chosen vocation. Consider it an occupational hazard.

Facts should follow that because white is the majority White should be in charge IF and only IF segregation of the races existed today. Well it does not. But WAIT there IS more. During the time of slavery there were MORE White slaves than Black. During the ENTIRE Time! Yes why is that not taught in schools? The Civil War was started not over slavery but over an 80% tax rate Abe Lincoln imposed on the South. Abe was all for property ownership and slaves White or Black were property and HE supported that. Up to and including extradition of run away slaves from the North. BECAUSE the US Constitution protects the persons right to property.
