Father and son battered and raped 22-year-old man

Apparently there were talk about honor-related violence, when a man for two hours were abused at a garage in Tilst.

For two hours, a 22-year-old man were in February 2015 abused and raped at a workshop in the area of Tilst in the city of Aarhus.

The reason was apparently that he had a relationship with a neighbor's daughter in Gellerup, and that they would get engaged.

Wednesday the High Court sentenced the girl's father and brother both five years in prison for aggravated assault and rape. Informs the prosecutor on Twitter.

It is a dramatic tightening of the decision of the district court where the father was acquitted and the son was sentenced to eighteen years in prison for aggravated assault.

According to the 22-year-old told around 10'th of February  he had a relationship with the girl to her brother. They agreed that they would meet with his father on the 16'th of February .

Here he was asked to get into a car, after which an unknown person sprayed pepper spray in his face. The car drove to a garage in Tilst, where the father and two hour nightmare awaited the 22-year-old.

The victim was threatened with gun, stripped and tied up with zip-strips. Several times they beat him with a gun, and they put it to his temple and pulled the trigger.

Along the way, he was raped several times and had poured gasoline over him with the threat of being burned alive, he explained.

When the abuse was over, the victim was driven to Orøvænget in Tilst and thrown out the car.

From Orøvænget at 23.19 the emergency services were called and told that the 22-year-old had appeared - handcuffed and with visible injuries after violence.

The now 54-year-old father and 29-year-old brother refused to plead guilty.

The Father has previously explained that his daughter would get engaged with the neighbor's son. But the Father didn't like the neighbor's son, according to him, he was a criminal, and he denied any knowledge of the abuse that went on at the garage.
