You are so right Kenneth they seem to be findings ways to target the elderly and health impaired people to isolate them from their communities without a second thought for their social needs, wellness or family interaction. This is an interesting post as it goes over how they will achieve this in a camp type setting. Perhaps an insight into what is to come.
