SCOTUS Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson doesn't know what a woman is, although being a black woman got her on the list of nominees. She also didn't know about The Dred Scott Case. One of the most famous cases to appear before the SCOTUS and it was about rights of blacks. Competence is no longer a consideration.
