Radiation will also attack every organ as the gamma particles affect the DNA. This is why cancer appears. This is why mutations and deformaties appear.Like radiotherapy it depends on the dose etc. Too much you will certainly die as your white blood cells (fast reproducing cells) die off first.Then hair falls out and the intestines are affected.Lower does and it is slower but may affect gametes etc.cause cancer later

 

I feel over reaction re iodine .

Thank you for having integrity. Last week when I saw the $1,000 bottle on e-bay, I wondered "is there a potassium iodate hell for folks like this?"

Make sure they are not from Japan! Be careful with iodine as high levels can cause serious problems in some people. I have been promoting iodine ( in the salt form as potassium iodide)to the medical profession for the past four years for pregnancy but only 140micro units. It will only protect the thyroid from binding radioactive iodine and not other elements.The half life of radioactive iodine very short.

 

Be careful not to take supplements that have iron in high does. Iron is probably the biggest killer of accidental poisoning in children. Iodine is found in most pregnancy supplements now as it is vital for brain development of the fetus. I am concerned people will take these supplements in high amounts.

Well I am still waiting to see if there are problems with the product I market running out and I have not heard anything.

Yes iodine is important and one of the things it is important for is your BRAIN.

And iodine, bromine, chlorine, fluoride all belong to the same class on the periodic table (halides) so the ion has one negative charge.

And what people do not generally know is we use to get iodine from the sanitisers in cleaning machines for dairy products."They" replaced it with chlorine based cleaners. Yes fluoride will bind where iodine should bind and so dumb you down. Lack of iodine in pregnance or childhood and I am sure adults mean "dumbing" down. See Cresswell Eastman and his studies and Nepal.(also was in bread but I think it is being forced back in)

 

This is never ever mentioned on "conspiracy" sites or magazines.

 

The same with how terrible iron is for you over a few milligrams a day.

 

Makes you wonder who controls even these sites in my opinion.
