9/11 Truth Activist Sues Glenn Beck and Fox News for Defamation

An East Coast 9/11 truth activist is preparing to file a defamation lawsuit against TV / radio personality, Glenn Beck, the producers of the Glenn Beck Program, and the Fox News Channel.
Specifically, Greg Hoover will be suing the above-described defendants in Federal Court for Beck’s having repeatedly broadcast statements characterizing those who question the government’s official version of the events of 9/11 as, “anarchists,” “terrorists” and as persons denying the Holocaust.
The complaint will note that - on October 22, 2007 - Beck suggested that those identifying themselves as associated with the 9/11 truth movement are “dangerous” “anarchists” who deny the Holocaust, and are “the kind of group that Timothy McVeigh would come from.”
The suit will also note that during Beck’s June 10th broadcast Beck linked the murder of the Washington D.C. holocaust museum guard with “9/11 truthers.”
As I have previously written, suing people for defamation who falsely claim that 9/11 activists are terrorists could be a good way to stand up to these bullies.
Hoover told me by email:
Copies of my actual initial filings will be available for media distribution within the upcoming week…
I do so having now cast off all other personal concerns. Having chosen sides… I’ll stand with the patriots.

Way to go Mr. Hoover unfortunately the court system in which he seeks justice is controlled by the same people with the same sheep herd mentality! I wish him luck, and my prayers go with him. On the subject of Glen Beck he's a government mold that was put in to try to decieve and divide the patriot movement. He's a fake to prove this my friend John J. Hunter who is also a member here emailed Glen Beck The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. HR 645 mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill. Explaining to Glen Beck while he was trying to debunk Fema Camps that if there were no such thing as fema camps why was Congress introducing HR 645 establishing the very thing he was trying to debunk. You got it Glen Beck and his goons never responded to my friends email. Pray for America time is running out for freedom, and Tyranny is around the corner. God save the Republic!

Lawsuits where made so that people wouldn't settle out of court with fists and guns...
So freedom of speech is cool in my book but then i have the God given right to remove teeth with my fist. You can walk up to me in public and start yappin at me but I'm a free man without cuffs on.

That is the courts and Supreme court's job.

Oprah was sued with the help of laws passed unconstituitonaly by our congress critters to protect that industry.
With out the congress critters laws, the case who have had zero traction.
SImmilarly it is ilegal to boycott Israel. You can be sued / jailed for this...does it make it right or constitutional because congress said so?

I brought RP because he his a role model for the constituion. With that said, in your view , he was slandered -libeled - defamed a million times during his run for the presidency. Now did he sue, did he advocate we sue? No he didnt, even though we as RP supporters were demonized repeatly by every media outlet in exact same ways.
And whats with this evil shiot? I have an opinion, perhaps explain a little more about this. Yea concentration camps were bad, so what does that have to do with me and my thoughts here.

The 9/11 truth community is not an individual. Libel and slander laws are aimed more persicely at protecting individuals, not a community of people and their beliefs.
This is like giving coprporations rights under the constitution...its BS!

I see no harm in his statements. I understand his goals of demonizing this community, however, I still see it as free speech issue. I think the good Dr. Paul would see it this way as well. If he were to single out an individual that would be certainly different. Commie fascist...lol

Beck knows about the civilian inmate labor program and 645 its not hidden and hundreds of people emailed him tons of info hes a flat out lier and most likely a paid propaganda arm for the US Gov.
This lawsuits only hope is to get media, FOX has too much cash to get stuck with this and lol the Gov WANTS them to say exactly what they are saying. I see no chance of him winning.
