Judge Rules al-Qaeda and Iran Must Pay Billions to 9/11 Families

A federal judge in New York has ruled that al-Qaeda and Iran were responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks and has ordered them to pay victim families $6 billion in compensation.
On Monday, U.S. Magistrate Frank Maas imposed civil penalties and said the money would be paid to 110 survivors and the estates of 47 victims.
A plaintiff’s legal team said it may seek the seizure of Iranian assets in order to pay the families.
In December of 2011, a federal district court in Manhattan ruled that Iran and Hezbollah materially and directly supported al-Qaeda in the attacks.
“The families have waited a very long time for this day and they have been through a lot. So I was greatly relieved that the families received an answer to the question that they asked me ten years ago: they asked who was the responsible party? How did this happen? Today a federal court judge has said that a principal responsible party is the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said Thomas E. Mellon, Jr. of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, law firm of Mellon Webster & Shelly, the lead attorney in the case.

LOL!!! What is this judge smoking!! The title should read "Judge Rules US Government/NATO Nations Must Pay Billions to 9/11 Families". Al Qaeda is CIA Sponsored!! Top CIA Officials openly admit that, Al-qaeda is a total and complete fabrication, never having existed at any time. The Bush Administration needed a reason that compiled with the Laws so they could go after "the bad guy of their choice" namely laws that had been set in place to protect us from mobs and "criminal organizations" such as the Mafia. They paid Jamal al Fadl, hundreds of thousands of dollars to back the US Government's story of Al-qaeda, a "group" or criminal organization they could "legally" go after.

So it does appear most are in agreement... we have been truly and 'royally' screwed by this rat bastards.... (note: unrelated to me... a most elegant and honorable rat ... and I honor my mother and father rats) .... To the degree that we can, we must counter this revising of history yet once again.... much like they revised the history which was fallaciously taught to us.... e.g., The 'states united' never won the revolutionary war... the founding fathers were basically traitors.... the real states united died when the congress left sine die in 1861... by the time the great traitor Roosevelt took the money, and acquiesced to the banking cabal, and legislated all U.S. citizens (14th amendment fools) as enemy aliens (via the revised Trading With The Enemies Act) ..... America was just about dead... and as a consequence all of your supposed governments (fed, state, county, city, bourough, etc. became privately owned companies.... the nations is moribund... lost... go look it up...
