Mr. Williams claims his revelations of this audio are so unique and have never been discussed by anyone, but this has been discussed a lot by many long before he apparently heard about it. I wrote about this on my own blog a week ago and I was certainly not the first. The bailout money buys mortgages and the banks getting the money to buy treasury bonds.
