    I think a Sting operation is continuing. They are reading a bill out loud before they vote on it. No Way Out. I think the NG is there in D.C. preserving a crime scene. If the Supreme Court is corrupt then the entire judicial system is corrupt therefore EX PARTE Milligan 1866 comes into play. All arrests can then be held in a Military Tribunal. I always thought covid19 would be used to shut down the courts. The new press secretary sent her first tweet today dated 3/10/2021.

The current sitting United States Supreme Court is just as invalid as the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.  The corporate government of the District of Columbia is bankrupt and defunct and with it so is the Corporate Supreme Court, U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives. 

The Supreme Court was created in 1787 in the original Constitution for the United States of America. Decisions on the size and composition of the Supreme Court, the time and place for sitting, its internal organization, and other matters were left to the Congress. The Congress soon provided these details in the Judiciary Act of 1789, one of the seminal statutes of the United States.13 Originally, the Court consisted of a Chief Justice and five Associate Justices.14 The number was gradually increased until it reached a total of ten under the act of March 3, 1863.15 As one of the Reconstruction Congress’s restrictions on President Andrew Johnson, the number was reduced to seven as vacancies should occur.16 The number actually never fell below eight before the end of Johnson’s term, and Congress thereupon made the number nine.17

This current sitting Supreme Court is the court of a corporation that is now bankrupt and defunct. They have no jurisdiction over the United States of America unincorporated. 

So it matters not what this court has decided. The D.C. Corporate entity is dead on arrival.

Pentagon Investigating "Extremism" in the Ranks

"President Biden's newly appointed Pentagon chief Wednesday issued a "stand down" for the next 60 days, ordering military leaders to spend time talking to troops in an effort to weed out extremism in their ranks, after it came to light that a number of former and current military members participated in the riot at the U.S. Capitol last month.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered a Department of Defense-wide "stand down" to discuss the problem of extremism in the ranks, Pentagon press secretary John F. Kirby said in a statement. The "stand down" will occur over the next 60 days, Kirby said, allowing that "each service, each command and each unit can take the time out to have these needed discussions with the men and women of the force." Training materials will be developed and sent out to units so they can have discussions about the issue."

What will be left of the military after these purges?

Given the current situation, it's clear that it's time for the military to step in and uphold the constitution. Can we rely on them to do so effectively?
