At Lawrence:
Never saw in almost 30 years anyone but a Toronto cop driving a Toronto police car.
Not to say that it couldn't happen, just to say that in my varied time on the job all cars were operated by only members of the service.
Worked alot of places did alot of things and never saw another Department's members operating our vehicles.

Everything is a mystery until you find out the facts.
I have my doubts that the TPS would leave four vehicles to be torched. Cars cost money, and the bean counters control municipal policing.
Now you get into the question did federal money get used to leave the cars out as bait. Takes on a whole new complection.
What probably happened is that the drivers bailed out in a spot which turned out for them to be alot more trouble then it was worth.
Sometimes Sh#@ happens. Sometimes someone or some group makes Sh#$ happen.

Saw a video with some anarchist slime breaking the rear window of the vehicle that is on fire in this picture.
In the video it shows the MDT terminal clearly visible in the front seat between the driver and passenger positions.
I think in all likely hood some cop parked the vehicle there, and had one heck of alot of paper work to complete when he/she returned to get the vehicle.
Don't have a clue what TAV56 stands for.
No 56 Division, (has not existed since '74).

Up till 10 years ago not all marked police vehicles had MDTs in them.
Quite often the cars with the 700 designations, (called spares), were on the way to be sold for taxi cabs and were just awaiting auction.
Many of them were missing what a standard cruiser would have.
Info though is 10 years dated.

Lawrence, I really thank you for the link to the photo. I've just read the InfoWars article, and am going to write something to submit to the Disabled People's network.

They usually distance themselves from me, concerning my more extreme side. However, the Toronto rampage by the NWO thugs is a situation they need to face up to.

Well, the U.S. does have two organizations to roll with the punches, when they need to for Disability-Rights!--ADAPT and Not Dead Yet!

Just over a year ago, they mobilized to Washington, D.C., to have a nonviolent protest over the Community Choice Act. Sometimes a few of them get hammered by cops, but I think alot of times police are frustrated having to deal with the situations.

What happened to these people with disabilities at the G20, was at a protest over mainstream issues.--And this type of legalized gang-rule against Disabled People is what I've emphasized for years is going to happen, to the well-behaved citizens, disabled or not!

I can't imagine how a Canadian cop would rip this guy's leg off. He's anything but a guy to do a real job in retaliation. Whoever the cop is, needs a job on his own leg.--Ripped out of his socket tied to the bumper of a car! FULL-THROTTLE!
