Greg, I'm trying, really I am. I'm checking every link you provide and have been for about a year or close to it and what I can tell you is there's GREAT confusion over this question in the scientific community. For the time being I am convinced of only one thing, Cap-N-Trade and anything related to trading Carbon Credits is a colossal scam on humanity. In the meantime I'll continue to read as you post. You know me, I need to see a general consensus within the scientific community or generally accepted factual data. So, I have reserved judgment for now and my opinion is tabled. I don't know what's happening with the weather. I don't think I'm alone though.

Thanks Greg, really. I despise debating a subject where the facts are obtuse or incomplete and the issue of a warming or cooling earth and exactly what causes it still appears just that to me. Again, I don't spend a great deal of time on this subject.

However...

Carbon Tax, Cap-N-Trade, Carbon Credits, all of these things are a scam on humanity whether global warming is a reality or not and we can all here agree on that I'm certain. And that's where I prefer to put my money, where facts dictate accurate opinions.

No. Martians and their cities are causing it. Exhaust fumes from their vehicles and such.

Well, to be honest we had the coolest summer in memory and this is the coldest winter in memory so I have no idea either and truthfully, my issue is only with Cap-N-Trade and that's the fraud I see clearly. Whether we're warming or cooling I don't think anyone knows with total accuracy but what's more important is that I don't know.

Jeff, I know very little about it, and don't really understand the scientific talk at all. I was just wondering what you though, and just incase you hadn't seen it. I though it was interesting that rather than adding thermometers they were removing them, is all. Personally tho my experience has been that the temperatures are cooling, it seems. Here, in my part of Canada although our winters do seem a little warmer they last forever and our summers are a lot cooler... or maybe that's just compared to my youthful memories of summer. I dunno.

Dorcas I watched it yesterday but reviewed it at 3:46 again now. First, I don't believe everything I see or read on the internet. That doesn't mean I don't believe the video but it becomes questionable when the man in it, Icke, claims that the elite are shape shifting alligators, or whatever he claims. That doesn't mean I don't buy some of his theories, he presents brilliant theories on the elite and I agree with some of them, the ones that I can prove using information derived from other sources but you can't expect me to believe the elite are shape shifting reptiles. Second, I investigate this subject very little and rely primarily on Greg for the little I know although I read a very little elsewhere.

My opinion, and this is only my opinion, is that the science is still undetermined as to what is really going on with the weather and I don't think anyone is certain. Time will tell. Based on the very little information I have at this time I believe the earth is in a warming stage. Nothing will change that opinion for the time being because I can't base an opinion on certified facts because there are none.

No Greg, he alludes to the fact that the overall heat generated by the existence of cities contributes to global warming, not that the temperature is higher next to concrete or an AC unit. At least that's the way I interpret it. And correct me if I'm wrong but he also says we have been in a warming trend for 150 years all of which indicates to me that he believes the planet is warming, as I do. That doesn't mean it's related to man-made emissions.

And to death_to_the_NWO, what don't you understand about the man in the video below, posted by Greg, that cities may be the cause of warming? Is that too difficult for you to understand? The man states clearly that the earth has been warming for 150 years. We see this in the ice cap melt in the Arctic. I never said we are warming because of man-made emissions. Why are you so stubbornly supporting a failed perception and why can't you separate man-made warming from a natural cycle of warming by the sun and other weather impacting phenomenon?
