Did you know that almost all seeds bough in every store in the USA and most of the world is owned by one corporation and they have been genetically modified to not produce any seeds?

This is so you have to buy more seeds the next year (So they say)
Not only are hybrid GM seeds sterile and lack nutrition, but the real reason is so you cannot feed you family or yourself in a time of crisis.

Self reliance calls for you to buy your seeds from a company that produces heritage seeds that have not been touched to alter them and will grow and produce seed's after the plant has matured.

IMPORTANT:
These are all-natural seeds, original strains of garden food non-hybrid, not genetically modified.
Most of these seeds date back 150 years. Heirloom offspring seeds can be saved and grown later. Important when people are starving!

I looking for a variety of bananas from india that do well in sand and heat for Phoenix, I personally have grown oh 6 varieties here and in Hawaii. When you have a good root system and see sprouts come up you can wait for the first 2 leaves and solid thick white roots about 6 to 8 inches to split it off the root so you can make more to sale or bring in if colder than 30 at night for the winter. Need more help just post I will reply when able.

Oh you grow Bananas, oh I'm jealous. I have banana plants that I put outside in the summer and in the sunroom in the winter. One finally grew a batch but I messed up and didn't water it enough or something. I save some of my seeds and other seeds I buy at Baker Creek Seed. They only do real seeds and their catalog they place quotes and facts on each page that fit in with us. MOstly though, we save seeds each year.

This is great, yes it is hard to find non gmo seeds. My mom sent me a link for johnny seeds. I myself grow tomato, squash, eggplant, chilis, beans, grapes and bananas.

Despite the storms, our gardens are so-so. We started the year flooding, the 2 massive hail storms, a tornado, now oppressive heat and dry. This is ours this year though.

Well we're done growing garlic until the fall.Despite the storms and flooding.

And coming on so far are the green beans and corn (to a lesser extent).

This year has been a pain with flooding and wet, followed by 2 hail storms a month apart like I have not seen before, followed by heat and dry, followed by flooding.  A lot of people have given up for the year. So far we've only ate garlic, onions, squash, and cucumbers from the garden. Finally (dare I say) the green beans are ok. At least 4 out of the 6 rows.
