It's crazy, the capsule that contains the toy, is now even safer than ever being one-piece.

Kids in Europe seem to consume these things at a high rate from the age of 3 and I've never heard one story of choking.

It's real simple, 1. consume chocolate 2. open yellow capsule (or sometimes other rare colour variations) and build toy inside.

Just another excuse for revenue collection and to set a precedent that the Fed can use to expand the nanny state.

You can't see the gift in a cereal or cracker jack box without opening it, it's the same with a Kinder.

I now leave you with the most disturbing Kinder commercial ever - that freaked kids out in the UK in the 80's.
