The wonderful doctor tried to get my papa to get the heart surgery, but he wanted to go home, sit in his old leather chair and make his decision. Said he's made some serious decisions there. The doc put him in a wheelchair and wheeled him down to the end of the hospital corridor to show him the magnificent panoramic view of the mountains, you could see Lookout mountain, where much of my family came from. The Dogwoods are bloomed and a sight to behold. 

He wanted to come home, so I brought him home.

I had to go to Georgia  to be with my Daddy in ICU. Please say a prayer for him.

Things are not good today. The heart attack did more damage than we realized. One kidney is gone, the other is functioning at only 50% and it is blocked by the stone. They cannot do surgery on the kidney or his heart will fail, he is given 50/50 chance of dying with the heart surgery. He wants to go home tomorrow to see if he can get better, if not he says we will come back for the heart surgery. The doctor fears he will have another heart attack that will be fatal. I am brokenhearted, but will back the decision he makes.
