Georgia says it has foiled an attempted coup. The alleged coup was reportedly planned at a military base near the capital Tbilisi. The Georgian authorities claim the Russian intelligence service played a role in the plot, including the provision of funding. They say the plotters intended to kill President Michael Saakashvili. This is exactly what we were told would never happen. Be very worried when a law is passed with vague definitions and sweeping generalizations. Notice that when potential problems are brought up to our elected officials they rarely or never try to fix the problem, but tell us that that situation would not happen. The boy was also home schooled.
