I posted the link. 

I also saw on Jim Stone's website that he posted something similar that he said had 110 million hits and crashed.  On it the date is the 11th of Jan and a different time.  This does not say that he resigned but indicates that his term ended on the 11th today. The time appears to be Universal Time UTC because it says 19:40:41
