Yes, The govt will try to lie cheat and steal every last drop of water they can. Here filthy Greens sell off our water to the Chinese.A Regional council recently tried to tell farmers they could impose a water Quota per farm irrespective of size and stock. All Lies. I told a farmer to look up his Rights -(which he did not know he had ) (found in the resource management act) and Take all the water he needed for his Family and Livestock, then go to the council and rub the act in their dirty bullshit faces, and he did !. They had to Admit they could Not enforce a water restriction a Natural "person" providing water for his needs and that of his of this animals. Horticulture is a different story though and meat haters don't like that. It was a tiny win against the losers but with massive provision for all. Made the farmers day.

Greetings Tif, Well that would be my govt in nz. on this occasion. There's No written Constitution and natural rights or common laws are scattered about as tiny fragments of freedom in between mountains of endless acts and statutes. -which I like to read. Makes my day when I find one.
