An old Guantanamo Bay scandal  story is getting the spotlight again with the release of a new book called, "Murder at Camp Delta". The author, Joseph Hickman, acted as a whistle blower for the secretive prison.  In his book, he reveals shocking new details of the inner workings of Camp Delta at Guantanamo Bay.
