Captain Reality the 12^th Ascension

You’ve never taken a breath of air

You’re inside your mother her warmth is always there

Captain Reality with a pair of forceps just stares

Reaches inside a pregnant mother who no longer cares,

A Communist Commander sends three thousand men

Into the range of US Marine Corps howitzers again and again

They’re all wiped out, these are the grisly consequences when

Captain Reality looks on and he’s glad to attend,

For each needless atrocity

This warms the heartless heart of Captain Reality

Where circumstance sends the unwary into eternity

Where thoughtless commanders are engulfed in a fiery sea,

You’re a hot shot fighter jockey

Deadly dogfights are like playing a game of hockey

Suddenly your skilled opponent fires an air to air surprise

A missile is up your tail pipe it’s Captain Reality in disguise!

You thought you knew her so well

Your perfect angel turned into a demon from hell

Bet you wish you could just crawl into your shell

Captain Reality knowingly  grins he’s got another soul to sell,

It feels like life just kicked you in the pants

You’re at the end of the Black Knight’s long lance

It seems you never got a second chance

On your grave Captain Reality does a dance!

Those Thanksgiving dinners when you had a family

You think back on those fond memories

Of happy get togethers and succulent turkey

But Captain Reality hands out tragedy after tragedy!

It’s your last day of elementary school

Its summer vacation everything’s cool

Suddenly Captain Reality changes the rules

It’s a zombie attack here come the ghouls!
