I thought of this quite a while back, although I have seen someone since then comment (on Zerohedge) on how the alt news on the subject parallels the plot of Utopia. This current crisis / panic has all been spelled out for us, in advance, on broadcast television, several years ago.

In broad strokes, an Illuminati-type organization (a Western, autonomous bio-warfare group which owns a major pharmaceutical manufacturer) creates a global panic over a fake epidemic of the Russian Flu. Prior to that,  a synthetic amino acid is introduced into junk food, and a vaccine is prepared, and these, in combination, sterilize most all of the human population.

The below video explains the truth about why they want to literally vaccinate every human being on the planet with an experimental DNA-altering injection (link set to start at last few minutes of the show). A whistleblower from Glaxo Smith Kline, the largest manufacturer of vaccines, provided a Wikileaks-like organization in Britain with details on the contents of their vaccines. Which include an HCG antigen (sterilizes most all women) and a sperm mitochondrial antigen (makes the sperm non-viable).

In monkey tests, when the males who had been injected had sex with the females that had not, this made the females sterile. The whistleblower indicates GSK believes these effects would not be noticed in the world human population for seven to ten years.

The whistleblower also provided samples, which the group intends to test (shouldn't have warned them in advance, good luck on getting honest test results now).
