Goodness derives from God, who is Good.
Goodness primarily describes Ethical & Behavioral Standards, Actions & Causalities that are deemed to be Correct, within the recognized boundary's of Goodness, As set by God, Jesus, Prophets & Angels in the Bibles.
Goodness is Not a Common Ratio for the Rating Of Performance.
Evil is the Opposite of Goodness.

You may not believe in God, Jesus, Satan, Angels & Demons, But Goodness and Evil Exist in Reality, through peoples Intentions, Decisions & Causalities. Regardless of belief, I believe this guy is right at a Psychological level, and that's a Good Thing.. The causality of Intended Goodness should, for the most part be Goodness.. :)
