Dear Roger,
The document sent to me on 3rd of August has been disqualified due to 2
fraudulent
misrepresentations.
1. The Australian Constitution 1901 does not recognize private company
to act
as Government.
2. According to Chicago Manual of Styles ed 16th, any text consisting of
capitalized words
which are not separated by hyphens, are regarded as non-language, and
known as Glossa
( obscuring of text ) or dog Latin.
Usage of glossa even in parts of any documents, invalidates it all.
In view of the above facts, previous registration of my property is now
null and void.
My property is in my full possession and no man or entity can lodge any
claims against it.

Feel free to use this as a template. It's given any registrar will be a private company with unique number, flying in the face of the organic constitution. Also whole legal system uses DOG LATIN which is non-language and fraud.

Yep, the property con game is played different here, but the results are still the same. When you buy property you become the "Tenant". Then you have to pay rent on your property annually in the form of "Property Tax". Also, the mortgage that set you up for a lifetime of payments was created out of thin air. They never loaned you a dime.
