Ontario Hydro was run by Maurice in the late 70's or early 80's after he left the Federal Liberal Party as a cabinet minister.
One of Trudeau's bum boys if you know what I mean.
Anyway he spent the Crown Corporation into the ground, screwed up our electric rates so bad that we are still paying for his debts.
A real piece of work.
In regards to Suzuki, he has long held the belief that their is about 80% to many people inhabitating the planet. Goes well back to the mid 70's.
Guy is looked upon in Canada like a green god.
You'd be suprised how many of the n.w.o. big wigs have a tie to your northern neighbor.
Greenpeace was founded by Canadians, and if you really want paranoia, then Alexander Muir, an American early enviromentalist first lived in Canada having immigrated from Scotland. Wrote a 'battle song' popular in Canada during the Boer War and World War One entitled "The Maple Leaf Forever".
See him always being praised on your PBS network.
He was a real monarchist and staunch supporter of Queen Victoria. The deeper one digs, the deeper one finds themselves in things. Weird coincidence that.

Learned a long time ago that when David Suzuki, Maurice Strong and the C.B.C. tell me that something is good for me I better start preparing my escape capsul.
The first two characters were spouting off in the 70's and I knew then it was bogus, just by using common sense. The C.B.C. (Canada's pravada for my American cousins) has been yapping about cooling/warming/sky is falling, since the late 70's-early 80's. Always go to the source. If it's been bogus in the past it'll be bull now, and a heaping pile in the future.

any one know about the tilt of the earth. i remember hearing that we were already a few degrees off the tilt we've had for a while. then the sumatra earthquake knocked us off a few more degrees. i definitely think this effects the climate. and not since i was in alaska did i see it get dark as early as its been where i'm at now.

Brace yourselves and read this garbage. The most ludicrous thing you'll read all day, it will show the lengths to which the religion of global warming will go to convince you that we are the problem. Remember V-ger from the first Star Trek movie? We are the "carbon based lifeforms." The carbon based "infestation" must be destroyed.

The final nail in the science has been completed by Lindzen out of MIT. Catastrophic global warming is all based upon numeric modeling. All of these models show that heat radiated into space actually decreases as surface temperatures increase. Lindzen demonstrated that the opposite is true. Of course the media does not report this.

Journalism as a profession lies slightly ahead of pedophiles, but certainaly below bank robbers.
