I can see why there is a big deal over a census this year. Celebrities are making commercials to do it... BLAH BLAH BLAH. With the hole health care thing being passed, they (government) want to know where you are, how old, and etc. so when the time comes for mandatory things that did government wants from people, such as shots; they know where to find you.
