The below is on the web in several places, the 'joke' is in somewhat poor taste for such a serious subject but it puts me in mine of phoney book titles of 50 years ago: "I Fell Off the Brooklyn Bridge" by Ilene Dover or "Yellow River" by I. P. Standing. All very funny in 4th grade!
