most food sold on the shelves are full of ingredients that humans should not ingest : beginning with REFINED SUGAR.. they should never have taken the turn when they did  away from FAT. Fat was far healthier for us to ingest than the damage that refined sugar is costing the average human. our overall health is declining rapidly over the false advertising and BS they show us on Tel_lie-Vision..  I used to wonder why with each passing generation  the health is shortened almost by half the lifetime..for instance when my mother was in her early 50's  and I was in in early 30's when I began to show signs of the same health issues. then again when I was in my early 40's my children not even entering their  20's were already showing signs that they had difficulties in the same medical areas.. This in itself tells you something is way OFF.. Genetically we are being fed JUNK and it is showing up earlier in each generation. to get back to home grown foods.  it is, I am afraid, too late as the damage is self evident, but to get back to the bsic there is still a chance that we can prevent future generations from complete destruction.. but we have to begin completely reversing what is happening presently halt it dead in it's tracks so to speak.. We are truly our own worse enemy..
