When listing the poisonous and detrimental substances in food, beverages, soaps, creams and various other products at some point the list becomes really too long to handle. It seems that the only real way to live without poisons is to use only natural, genetically intact products. Buy from small producers that you know and produce yourself what you can. Forget about plastics and anything made by multinational corporations.

Excellent find Maria, I'll have to add this book to my collection.  Here is a website that is good on Pesticides to add to the chemical list. http://www.beyondpesticides.org Somewhere up there is listed products I had no clue about that are bad http://drbenkim.com/articles/triclosan-products.htm

They intend on reducing the herd one way or the other.

@ Maria Too bad I have no money - no bank accounts, no paypals, no credid cards, no income.  I would love to have a copy of this book!

@ Roy Patterson Codex Alimentarius would count those vitamins and minerals as...TOXINS.  You won't be able to get them without a prescription if We become Codex harmonized...  Meanwhile the Codex reallows banned sprays on food.  Yeah, no One is out to poison Humanity here on this planet - nor nutritionally starve Us.  Heh.

Thank You for the info. I try to eat as many organic fruits and vegetables as I can. It's really hard to eliminate all poisons and unnecessary ingredients. I read labels carefully and do my best to eat right.

I must be doing something right, I'm 70 years old and in good health. I don't take any of these Big Farma Meds and do take some vitamins and minerals. I also have a regular exercise program. I also am not overweight and have never smoked.

In the coming bad times and later on real bad times, being in good health is going to be one of a persons major assets.

so  this list is huge, and what do we do when short of funds?, i used to be able to buy the fruit etc, but on disability, there is not the funds to follow, this and we are forced to buy shit.??

Thank You Less Prone, breaking junk food habits is like getting rid of a socially accepted and commercially promoted addiction to all those loads of chemical additives the manufacturers put in them to make them taste better than they otherwise would be and make us unconsciously  crave the stuff
