Most of the people have a very confused idea of racism. They feel it's frequent and everywhere, yet have hard time to relate any personal experience of it. At best they come up with vague stories mostly decribing their own feelings and not the actual prejudice. Hardly anyone can give a clear definition of racism. It seems to be ok to support various racial groups and attitudes as long as it's not the white people.

Racism, as so many other isms, is used to divide the people into groups hating and envying each other based on the old principle of "divide and conquer".
