Some anti-virus program works. What always works is a clean install and system backups

When installed on memory stick it supports Windows / OSX / Linux

To make it work on Windows

• Separate data from C-disk, everything on C-disk will be overwritten. C-disk will be max 35 GB
• All data of importance on D-disk (when 2 logical disks) - typical 100+ GB
• Install Windows first time, first backup of C. C-disk will typical be 8 GB at this point, and backup will be 4 GB located on D-disk
• Install drivers and new backup of C
• Take away all auto-update of Windows, install the applications (don't use Adobe PDF) and new backup next day
• This will be a clean install and clean system backup of C-disk (something like 4 + 6 + 8 GB backup files)

1. When problems, first make a copy of data on C-disk (My documents)
2. Restore system with last backup above (all junk disappear at same time, no need for defragmentation, no need for anti-virus (in case of anti-virus program, AVG was recommended by security expert (best will be a Russian professional program, no NSA there), no need for firewall neither?), no need for Windows updates (who wants that?), new install never needed)
3. That takes 10 minutes (compare that to 30 minutes x times with anti-virus programs)

(If one don't separate system from data, if one don't use right program, but MS backup, if one make backup every week and try to clean the system with that backup ... :(  )

Should be pretty easy for them to catch on. Probably need to find the right file & set to "read-only" to make it permanent.

well it works for me fine ;) keeps the insane amount of crap out there now from embedding on the ol drive..

btw, yes it will eliminate the NSA chit, gets rid of their lil snoop chit prog they're embedding in flash player, but it continues to come back...btw...why ya think adobe wants updates every 4 days?...lol

May have to do it.

I was gone for months.  Not because I wanted to per se but, because I could not access this site, period!  Would flash front page and then go blank.  Have a new con-puter now. 

When I came back I was kicked out of all the clubs LOL!

Somesort(a)sufing or other??? Duno
