Do their laws apply to us?
The Congress in the District of Columbia passes laws. Do these laws that are passed apply to most Americans? Ask yourself these questions. Were you born in the District of Columbia or one of the territories? Do you live in the District of Columbia or one of the territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands? Do you work in or for the District of Columbia?
Or do you live in one of the sovereign states of the Union? The majority of Americans are not U.S. or United States Citizens. They think that they are. They are told that they are. However they are not. The majority of Americans are American State Nationals having been born in one of the sovereign states of the Union. The majority of Americans also do not live in or work for the District of Columbia or one of the franchises of the District of Columbia.
The United States is a corporate entity. The true congress of the United States of America is the representative body elected by the free people of the unincorporated sovereign states of the Union. All of the states such as State of Georgia, State of New York, etc. are franchises of the United States, Inc. located in the District of Columbia. There has not been an elected assembly of the Congress of the unincorporated United States of America since 1860. At the beginning of the great war that followed the election of Abraham Lincoln, all members of the congress from the southern states left never to return. That great war was never declared and no peace treaty officially ended it. A new Constitution was established by the victors of that great war replacing the Constitution for the United States of America. The south was under military occupation and control in the aftermath of that great war. The laws passed by the corporate government in the District of Columbia apply on to United States citizens. The laws do not apply to American State Nationals.
The Constitution for the United States of America has only 13 Amendments.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
The incorporated entity follows their corporate charter, The Constitution of the United States of America.

Thanks for the reply Chris. Yes indeed we do need to act accordingly. A way to do this is for each and every American to declare their own political status. The people need to return to the jurisdiction of the land if they are truly not U.S. Citizens. The next order of business is then to form jural assemblies in each county in each of the sovereign states.

Americans can defeat any an all gun control measures. Americans declare your political status and file it in the public record. The so called gun laws passed by the corporate government in the District of Columbia and the franchises of that corporate government do not affect you. The Territorial government and Municipal goverment of the District of Columbia has no jurisdiction over American State Nationals. They are foreign to Americans born on the lands of any of the 50 sovereign states. If you do not declare your political status and file it in the public record you are assumed to be Federal citizens of the District of Columbia corporation.
Understand that in the aftermath of the war for southern independence the former unincorporated national government was taken over and changed. The so called 14th Amendment created a new class of citizen that had not existed before. Former slaves had no classification. They were made Federal citizens of the incorporated government. All Americans that had been born on the land of one of the sovereign states were citizens of their respective states. They were Georgians, Virginians, New Yorkers, Ohioans, etc. and Americans by virtue of their birth and the contract of the Constitution for the United States of America. Today most Americans think that they are these Federal citizens created by the so called 14th Amendment. These Federal citizens are also known as UNITED STATES citizens or U.S. Citizens. These Federal citizens are under their jurisdiction.
