I asked a very long time member why they left:

Fair enough of you to ask, James. I can't attempt to moderate a  group where I have no control and I got no response when I did report probs, etc. that was #1 The other thing was I just could not look at that pic at the top and find Satanists lurking in the Dusty Cover all at the same time anymore

It was making me want to vomit. That is the Truth. Sorry, nothing personal, James., you know I have been around a long time. My spirit could not stomach another minute of it, and I left.

 well uhh ok - I felt I did respond,if i had the ability to ... or knew how to fix what problems you had I simply would have. the site is a huge wreck technically speaking

some one is a group mod over all groups, they banned the satanist dude at some point and must have deleted his comments as well.

as far as the pic on site, yea it needs to go..it takes a lot more time to readjust that and I just kind of let it go not considering loosing people over it lol :)

Just noticed the site help tips link on the main menu ---- top of every page-- only shows on black backgrounds.
I will try to fix this, did also wonder where that went.)

I have a complaint Kryp:  Offering ones critique with overtones of cunty bitterness is counter productive venting and makes the original issue lessened as well as easily overlooked.

Blogs, we can change it to 10 shown on te main page or one could click the blog link above in main menu, at any given time, on any given page. 

There is a drop down menu, on the main menu too. You have the option to see all blogs or just featured.  When we had 50 blogs a day, this was more needed. So many duplicates and off topic post made the hunt even harder for those of us that actually try to follow the site with genuine accuracy.

The front page a mess, and ning is to thank for this mostly , and our lack of having a css expert to fix it. I have asked around and no one has fixed it yet.

Status is used in conjunction - often, with twitter, thus the character limit.

I dont follow why one would not use a blog or discussion in place of this. Perhaps you can explain.

Status updades unseen by most since they are not in a category like blogs ect. I would avoid using them if your intention is to get your post seen.

I don't really know the ins and outs of the site yet, so I may be wrong about this. It seems that people are using the blog function to post links and status'. I read that links can be posted as a status, but maybe the members don't know how to do that. As far as long status' go, that would be solved if the status could be longer than 140 characters. A blog should be strictly a BLOG. I like to call them short essays. Or maybe not so short. I have a lot to say :)

Lol idk it's funny to me. People are all sensitive though (can't take a joke) and I get suspended once a month anymore for just arguing with administration. Pretty much all the management policies I implemented worked but none of it was acknowledged and I was let go because of a multitude of reasons. Though ostensibly it was because I was absent for a month with no internet access.
