Shoot first, ask questions later!  If they turn out to be pigs, Oops!  I mean Cops, then you can say that you thought they were Snipers! Which they are!  Moral of the Tale,   People/police shouldn't be on roofs with rifles!!

I know what it means. It is a colorful way of saying it without burning the "ears" of innocents in the area. Or, it is a tasteful way of talking without talking like some other "low lifes" that have no control. Anyway, it is good to see there are some intelligent people out there. 10-19

Being former law enforcement, I am aware of such equipment, but "sleeper darts" will work. Problem is NOT ALL law enforcement have access to these "advanced" technical tools.

I am "dating myself", but The old Man From UNCLE had special sleeper darts in their specially made "bullets" which were made of special plastic that shatters on impact allowing chemically treated darts enter the skin without damaging the body.These "darts" or other method then dissolves inside the body on impact making the "target" go to sleep immediately. Cool huh? No nasty tasers, etc...

I do NOT know why they haven't developed that even further, but it is ALWAYS the cost, NOT the technology.

Wish I had a JOB in development with my vast experience.

Anybody on this group even remember the Man From U.N.C.L.E.(United Network Command for Law Enforcement) kind of like INTERPOL(which sucks) cause I know the guy in charge is a self righteous egotistical idiot etc..("Adam Henry") Cop talk....

Maybe they're with the Audubon society and happened upon this Keen pumpkin fest... hoping to find do-do birds flocking. To my they just found two if they'would turn their bird brained binoculars on themselves~

I see no badge, insignia, or other identifying characteristics on these jokers. Whoever got close enough to shoot those pictures should have either made a citizens arrest or defended them-self against an obvious threat.

I am not sure but I do not believe it is a photo. I thought it was a map of the town and it was used to show where the other roof tops were stationed and how much area was within your individual control. That is just my assumption.I am not sure.

I thought it may have been local good boys just doing a service to the town until I noticed the map on the wall, good old boys would know their town and not need a map.

If anybody has the ability to pull the picture closer, It would be a great thing to be able to see the map so we would know for sure.
